ISRO GETS A PATENT FOR METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ‘MOON SOIL’
Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has recently procured a patent for its cost-effective method of manufacture of highland lunar soil, along with a team of professors from Periyar University, Tamil Nadu and National Institute of Technology, Tamil Nadu. During the Chandrayaan-2 moon landing mission, artificial lunar surface had to be created for testing of the rovers. The lunar soil simulant was thus manufactured from the “anorthosite” rocks present in Sithampoondi and Kunnamalai villages, providing not just economic benefits but also aiding in further research and development in lunar missions.

The current can be provided using any standard 2A power source like, a mobile phone charger. The company has also submitted a proposal for a unique facemask with a mechanical opening slot for eating food while wearing the protective mask.
INSTAGRAM ISSUES GUIDELINES TO PREVENT MUSIC COPYRIGHT
Instagram has recently updated its policies to include a feature to notify the users playing unlicensed music in live streams and videos, in order to avoid music copyright issues. The new guidelines prevent any pre-recorded songs or music to be played in a video for more than 90 seconds, violation of which can result in muting or blocking of the aforementioned audio or video. This has been a major step to avoid streamers from infringing any music copyrights and use only free-to-use available audios and videos.
