Mansi Dhawan (Head, Operations)

Mansi represents the ‘Flagship’ role in the Organization. An Information Technology engineering alumnus from a premium Institution, Mansi acquired hands-on industry experience in diverse IP-related businesses. She has actively pursued excellence in the domain of patent research and management for IP law firms and Fortune 500 companies for more than five years.

In addition, with her in-depth knowledge of US, EU, and Indian Patent Prosecution Laws, she has assisted to their delight, a few selected technology companies in IP Strategy Consulting, Patent Due Diligence, and Patent Licensing & Commercializing.
With an objective to foster IP culture in selected segments of inventors, start-ups, and SMEs, she enthusiastically leads and supports them by educating and mentoring them about the Importance of IP Protection. As a result, she is seriously involved in participating in many major events and activities towards IP awareness.

As a person, Mansi is passionate about and maintains an absolutely ‘no-compromise’ orientation towards quality in every aspect of life including business. Added to this, her acceptability as leading inspiration has bestowed her with an important role to oversee project delivery and the day-to-day operations of ExpertLancing. She leads her team of IP domain experts to consistent and customer-centric performance.

Gaurav Dhawan (Head, Sales, And Marketing)

Gaurav represents the ‘people person’ of the Organization. On one hand, he performs an important responsibility to keep the team members driven to high standards of performance, and on the other hand, he has the relentless role of client relationship management, business development primarily by creating new opportunities, and brand development.

Being an innovator by nature and with his involvement with ExpertLancing right since inception, and experience as a key person in another Start-up, Gaurav is capable of deftly understanding client requirements as well as inhibitions. This facilitates deliverables to clients beyond their delight every time.

Gaurav came to ExpertLancing with more than five years of rich professional experience in sales and business development for a few organizations including Fortune 500 companies. He holds a Master’s degree in Management and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from premier Institutions.
